Zrinka Stanić
- Master of Laws and Doctor of Economics
- HR Manager with years of experience, especially in the healthcare sector
- NLP Master
Vice President Zrinka Stanić holds a master’s degree in law and a doctorate in economics. At the beginning of her career, she spent two years working in a law office as a trainee lawyer. Since 2015, she has been working in her own company (Incor) that manages human resources in healthcare, and she has successfully collaborated for 8 years with healthcare institutions and healthcare professionals from over ten European countries.
His mother tongue is Croatian, but she is also a fluent speaker of English and Swedish, an active speaker of Russian and Spanish, and a passive speaker of German. In 2020, she launched her own school of the Swedish language, which she patented as a unique hybrid method of learning Swedish that combines digital lectures on the platform with live lessons.
Zrinka enrolled in doctoral studies after graduating from college and continues to attend numerous training such as Human Resources Academy, Mini MBA, Social Media Marketing and Communication, SEO Copywriting, Red Matters Program, NLP Basic, NLP Practitioner, and many others. Zrinka defended her doctoral dissertation, “Human Resource Management in Health Care as a Determinant of Physician Migration” in 2021, and again in the fall of 2022. She is a sports and travel enthusiast who adores children.
Under the auspices of the Swedish Arts Council, she has translated over 30 titles of Swedish children’s literature for the Croatian market. She aspires to empower every woman and child to find happiness and fulfillment in their lives.
Jelena Đekić
- Master of Psychology
- HR Specialist with experience in leading projects in the IT sector

Jelena has a master’s degree in psychology and works as an educator in the field of transactional analysis, which is based on the American psychiatrist Eric Bern’s theory of personality and communication. She also participated in and completed two of the three levels of psychotherapeutic Psychodramatic Bodywork, as well as assisted in group therapy workshops.
She graduated from the Coaching Academy as the best student and successfully combines and applies all her knowledge in work aimed at developing personal and professional potential in children, teenagers, and adults.
She began her professional development with internships and later employment in human resources at the Croatian Postal Bank, Kaufland, and Adecco Group, the world’s second-largest Human Resources provider and temporary staffing firm, focusing primarily on recruiting and selecting new employees and developing business skills of the group’s clients through business coaching.
She is currently employed at a private high school, where, in addition to teaching psychology and performing professional association work, she serves as a mentor, discovering areas of interest and developing students’ potential, as well as through workshops on developing
their emotional and social skills. She also works in a school for children, where she directs an integrated program for the development of motoric, social, and emotional potential of children at an early age.
Jelena is known for her energetic approach, empathy, and the ability to encourage change.
