All answers apply to EU citizens who have gained their medical education within the EU. Doctors who do not have EU citizenship and do not have a specialist degree accepted in at least one EU Member State can find details about employment opportunities here.

General

Incor provides individual 1-to-1 consultations and professional representation for healthcare professionals planning to work and build their careers abroad. We support you with planning, licensing, job applications and the overall process of relocating and starting a new position.
No. We do not guarantee employment, as that would not be realistic or responsible. What we do guarantee is expert support, accurate information and a lawful, structured process, which significantly increases your chances of a successful outcome.
Yes. Our work is focused exclusively on doctors, nurses, dentists and other healthcare professionals. We do not provide services outside the healthcare sector.
Yes. Our approach is phase-based, meaning you may engage us only for consultations or for specific stages of the process (e.g. licensing, applications, court-certified translations).

 

Consultations and Representation

Consultations are conducted individually (online or by arrangement) and are focused on your personal situation, goals and country of interest. You receive realistic information, a clear plan and defined next steps.
The duration depends on the type of consultation, but typically ranges between 60 and 90 minutes.
No. Consultations do not oblige you to use any additional Incor services.
We offer consulting and professional representation for all European Union member states.

 

Working in Sweden

In general, no. Swedish language skills are essential for licensing and working in the healthcare system, except in very rare and specific cases.
These are recruitment processes for shortage healthcare professions financed by Swedish regions, with support from the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden. Availability depends on current system needs and is not open to everyone.
Yes. In this case, the process is handled through individual consultations and professional representation, not through government-funded recruitment programmes.

 

Swedish Language School

Yes. We offer Swedish language courses only (A1–C1), including Medical Swedish.
Our programmes are aligned with the real language requirements of healthcare practice, but licensing decisions depend on meeting all criteria set by the competent authorities.
Yes. Many participants begin language learning before making a final decision about relocation.

 

Court-Certified Translation Services

We provide court-certified translation services within the language triangle Croatian – Swedish – English.
We translate and certify medical, professional, legal, academic and administrative documentation required for licensing, employment and official procedures.
Yes. Court-certified translation services can be used independently of other Incor services.
